These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JSM Study Circle's coaching services and the website https://jsmstudycircle.in. By enrolling or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Enrollment

Enrollment is subject to seat availability and eligibility confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment if the class capacity is reached or requirements are not met.

2. Fees and Payment

  • All fees are to be paid in full at the time of admission unless a payment plan is agreed upon in writing.
  • Fee changes may be announced with 15 days' notice.
  • Late payment may result in temporary suspension of classes.

3. Attendance and Conduct

  • Regular attendance is expected. More than 3 consecutive absentees may require prior notice.
  • Students must maintain respectful conduct. Disruptive behavior may lead to temporary or permanent removal.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Admission fees are non-refundable.
  • Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current month but may be adjusted for the next month if cancellation is communicated within 7 days of payment.
  • No refunds for partial-month attendance or leave periods.

5. Academic Policies

  • Periodic tests and assignments are mandatory. Non-submission may affect final evaluation.
  • Class materials, worksheets, and notes are provided for enrolled students only.
  • We reserve the right to modify the curriculum, schedule, or teaching methodology as needed.

6. Intellectual Property

All study materials, content, logos, and resources on this website are the property of JSM Study Circle. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we endeavor to provide quality education, we do not guarantee specific exam results, CUET scores, or career outcomes. Educational outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency, and external factors. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from enrollment or website use.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external sites (e.g., NTA, NCERT). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
